You can request to reset your Kestrl passcode from the app in the following ways;

  • If you forget your passcode, simply log out of the app to get back to the sign-in page. Tap 'Forgot passcode' and enter your mobile number associated with your account. We will send you a one-time passcode to enter the app and reset it.

  • If you want to change your passcode whilst in the app, you can do so through settings. Access settings by tapping your name in the top left corner of the home page. Select 'Change Passcode'. Enter your current passcode followed by your new one.

  • You can also recover your password through your recovery email. To do this you will have to have set-up your security question and recovery email in settings. We'd advise doing this as soon as possible.
