It is recommended that you use Google Chrome for android phones and Safari for iPhones during the connecting bank process.
For Android phone :
Open the " Settings" App on your Android.
Tap " Apps. "
Tap the three dots at the upper-right corner of the screen and, in the drop-down menu, tap " Default apps."
Tap " Browser app."
On the Browser app page, tap " Chrome " to set it as the default web browser.
For iPhones :
Go to Settings.
Scroll down until you find the browser app
Select a web browser to set it as the default. A checkmark appears to confirm it is the default.
